Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be noted per item during the checkout process. We will automatically default to the least expensive method of shipping available, but you will have the option to upgrade your shipping to an expedited service during the checkout process. If Ground Shipping is not available for the item you selected, your shipping level will default to Second Day Shipping. Shipping cost is calculated on a per item basis. Kathon CC has an additional $35 per gallon hazardous material up charge.

Return Policy
Power Coolant & Chemical accepts Full Unopened packages in good condition. Any and all credit will be applied against future purchases. Customer must call 704-759-3435 to receive a return goods Authorization number (RGA).
All freight cost in and out is the responsibility of the customer.
The following schedule will be how we determine the amount of customer’s credit:
Items invoiced within the past six months-----------------------------------75% Credit
Items invoiced over six months but less than twelve months-----------70% Credit
Anything over twelve months will need special approval.
Items returned being “OUT OF SPEC”, once confirmed, will be given full credit.
